What will be the engagement when I subscribe?
We will setup discovery call for initial product requirements, then move forward to user reasearch, wireframing and high fidelity mockups for you to get feedback. Once you are happy with the work, you can assign the new design task. You can also list down all the design task based on priority.
How much time it will take to design?
It depends on the design brief and product you want to get designed. For example: Mobile app designs usually takes 2-3 months, Web app takes 1-2 months. I believe in providing world’s best in class designs which takes time.
How can I cancel or pause the plan?
It’s 30 days billing cycle the moment you subscribe the plan. If you want to cancel or pause just send me an email by end of month before 7 days. So you will not charged next month billing cycle.
What is the refund policy?
Designing digital products takes time to design. It involve energies and efforts to provide you the designs. For that reason, I do not offer refund. But I offer complete design satisfaction until you get it right. That means you will get what you are looking for.
No meeting policy
I believe your time is precious and focus more run business. That’s why I want to keep meetings minimum and maximum productivity for your design request. If it’s require a meeting where design brief is unclear we can meet up over Zoom or Google Meet call.
What you will need from our side to start design?
I will need your design brief, how many pages you want to design, if you have feature list to work on, any wireframes that you have already built or your project manager has list of design requests. I will also need original brand assets and any other stock image that you have used in past for your brand.
